January:         

Epiphany, prepare for Lenten services, Holy Week and Wednesday night services

February/March:      

Prepare for Lenten services, Easter and Holy week

            Installation of new council members

            Scout Sunday

            Make sure we have ashes and palms

            Preparation of Lenten Wednesday night services

April:              

Prepare what the needs to be done for Holy week including flowers for the pansy cross

            Maundy Thursday service/Decide if a Seder dinner with symbolic foods will be

prepared or a foot wash.

Good Friday:  Purchase of Candles (number and size)/Table prepared       

            Penny Lefavour prepares special music for Easter/Cantata or not

            Liturgy during Lent

            Pentecost Sunday
