Stewardship Committee

Mission Statement:  To enable and encourage the congregation to give of their time, talents and personal treasures, so that the church can conduct its ministries.

Meeting Time: First Sunday of each month at 11:30.

Responsibilities:

Typical and Recurring Tasks:  Provide occasional bulletin inserts about stewardship.  Ensure Simply Giving information is kept fresh with congregation.

Monthly:   Prepare report/meeting minutes for Church Council

Prepare for October Pastor Appreciation Month

Stewardship month: Commitment Sunday, Pledge cards, Time and Talent cards submitted

November:

                 Check with Financial Secretary for results of Pledge Cards (quantity only)

 Submit next year’s budget proposal to church council
