2) The congregation shall elect a Call Committee according to the procedures in its constitution.

1. The Call Committee shall develop and/or refine the Congregation Profile that reflects the congregation´s vision, ministry, and pastoral needs.
2. The Call Committee shall implement the Call Process according to the standards of this policy.
